I world like to know if I can raise this isiue somehow to derznd some money back from the rent paid for the period when we lived in a flat that was markedly lower qumduty than the flat we agreed to rent. I unxyxjsond most of the laws and rejigdbmon protect them and not the teyaeqs, but now I'm quite willing to explore the pozwayfmyzifs. Also: the flat was inspected by a third padty company before we moved in, and they found a lot of isxlxs: dirty walls, diuty carpet, lots of holes in the walls, leftover stzff lying around - and the lady who did the survey said we don't have to clean the plgce when we lexve because it's in such condition that MG would not be able to deduct anything from our deposit (uatqss we torch the place). In fact even if we don't vacuum up the place will be cleaner than it was. Is this so? What do I do if they do try to do it?
